What We Do
Technical Staffing. We offer affordable and well qualified resources when a need arises for a critical but temporary set of specialized skills. High priority projects may temporarily require expertise not available in-house or business conditions may require more aggressive implementation schedules than is possible with current staffing levels.
Our technical staffing services support the technologies most commonly used in the development of business applications. We have expert level resources available in the Microsoft development technologies (e.g. SharePoint, SQL, .Net,) and in industry leading business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, and Microsoft. We also deploy top level technical resources in other leading applications such as Java and Oracle.
We take great care when selecting employees — these are the people we make available as resources to your business. Every potential employee must meet at least four levels of qualification:
- They must possess a college degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- They must have a current, industry-recognized professional certification in the area of their technical expertise.
- They must have a solid background where they've performed in an instrumental role working with the technology to develop enterprise level business solutions.
- Finally, and of critical importance, they must possess the interpersonal and communication skills necessary for them to blend seamlessly into your organization as a valued team member.
Recruiting. Our services include local, regional, and national recruitment for every level of IT candidate including executive search for CIO placements. We regularly assist our customers in recruitment and placement of IT professionals by applying our deep resources and broad experience in interviewing and assessment, screening for temperament and interpersonal skills, and matching essential skills sets with the requirements of any position.
We consistently offer exceptionally well qualified candidates for our customers’ consideration who typically have not responded to standard forms of employment advertising. We can offer an invaluable extra layer of IT recruiting experience to an existing human resource department.
