Bruce Lautzenhiser is AbellaTech’s Managing Partner and in that capacity is responsible for providing leadership, planning and strategy development, contract administration, recruiting, and human resource management.

Bruce’s professional background includes executive management positions in both local and national organizations, private consulting, and operations management in the information technology and healthcare industries. He holds an MBA degree from National University in Sacramento, California, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Bruce lives on a 160 acre family farm with his wife Jackie who is a third grade teacher and, together, they are devoted parents to two adult children.  Favorite pastimes include playing tennis, cooking, gardening, and photography.

Dan Hofer leads the sale and marketing efforts for AbellaTech. In addition he also functions as corporate controller. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer technology from Purdue University.

With over 2 decades of hands-on Information Technology experience, Dan brings extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution. He started his career as a programmer/analyst and worked his way up into the ranks of management prior to joining AbellaTech. Dan has the unique experience of having delivered and purchased the types of goods and services which AbellaTech offers.

Dan has been married to his wife Carol for over 25 years. They have two adult daughters who are both currently attending Ball State University. Meghan is studying classical violin performance and Audrey is studying corporate communication. In his spare time Dan enjoys playing acoustic guitar and banjo.

Scott Dirig is AbellaTech’s Chief Technical Partner and is responsible for providing Business Intelligence solutions and other technically related services to the customer utilizing a structured implementation methodology. He also manages all of the in-field consultants at AbellaTech.

Scott is a graduate of Purdue University, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in IT spanning numerous business sectors: manufacturing, insurance, higher education, utilities, and government. With extensive experience regarding the complete software development life cycle, Scott is exceptionally qualified in delivering the correct solution to the customer from beginning to completion.
